Jana Kramer, an actor and songwriter, who specialises in country music and songwriting, gained fame in the world of television when she was Alex in the third and final seasons on One Tree Hill. Kramer was in numerous episodes as a new country singer, which helped her album to reach the Billboard 200 Top 20. Thirty One (2015), the album which followed in 2015, also reached in the Top Ten. Over the past decade, she appeared in Dancing with the Stars as also in television movies as well as a number of television programs. There were also some singles which did not appear on albums. She became a part of the cast on CW One Tree Hill in 2009 as Alex Dupre where she was on until the final episode in 2012, about halfway in. Jana Kramer During her run on the show Kramer has signed a record deal to Elektra Records and debuted the contemporary country love song I Won't Give Up on an episode in 2011 on One Tree Hill. The song was released in 2012. the song was released via Jana Kramer - her first album. It landed in the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Kramer remained focused on her music career, but she also continued acting and was a part of films which enticed her fans, such as Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016. Kramer released her sophomore studio album, Thirty One in collaboration with Warner Music Nashville, in October 2015. With help from The Top Five country hit I Got the Boy as well as the duet she did together with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith it was even more successful, achieving number three on country's album chart and number ten on the Billboard 200. In September of 2016, her appearance on the 23rd Season of Dancing with the Stars lasted two months and ended with a 4th-place finishing. Also, it was the year when she scored a contemporary-adult hit, with Feels like Christmas with Straight No Chaser.
